    "content": "<p>حلب-العاصمة نيوز</p>\n\n<p>أصدرت محافظة حلب تعميماً اليوم الأحد، دعت فيه الأهالي إلى الالتزام بالإجراءات التي تهدف إلى الحفاظ على السلامة العامة، في ظل عودة الاستقرار الأمني إلى المدينة، مؤكدة منع تنظيم أي احتفالات أو تجمعات مرتبطة بالأحداث الأخيرة في الساحات العامة.</p>\n\n<p>وحثّ محافظ حلب عزّام الغريب القائمين على دور العبادة على دعوة الأهالي إلى التوجّه بالدعاء والابتهال، سائلاً الله تعالى الشفاء العاجل للمصابين، والرحمة للشهداء، والصبر والسلوان لذويهم، وأن يحفظ حلب وأهلها.</p>\n\n<p>وناشد المحافظ جميع المواطنين الالتزام بالتعليمات الصادرة عن الجهات المختصة، والتعاون الكامل لضمان تثبيت الأمن واستمرار الاستقرار، مشدداً على أن المسؤولية في هذه المرحلة تقتضي تجنّب أي تجمعات إلى حين استكمال الإجراءات اللازمة بشكل كامل.</p>\n\n<p>وكان مجلس مدينة حلب باشر صباح اليوم الأحد تنفيذ خطة خدمية في حي الشيخ مقصود، تهدف إلى تهيئة الظروف الملائمة لعودة الأهالي، بعد إخراج تنظيم قسد منه، بينما يستعيد حي الأشرفية مظاهر الحياة تدريجياً مع تحسّن الأوضاع الأمنية وعودة الأهالي إلى منازلهم واستئناف الحركة في الشوارع.</p>\n\n<p>فيما تواصل اللجنة المركزية لاستجابة حلب تأمين الخدمات الأساسية للأهالي في الحيّين ضمن جهود الاستجابة الطارئة الهادفة إلى تحسين الواقع الخدمي وتلبية الاحتياجات الضرورية للسكان.</p>",

    "content": "<p>Aleppo - Al-Asima News</p>\n\n<p>The Aleppo Governorate issued a circular today, Sunday, calling on residents to adhere to measures aimed at maintaining public safety amid the return of security stability to the city, emphasizing the ban on organizing any celebrations or gatherings related to recent events in public squares.</p>\n\n<p>Aleppo Governor Azzam Al-Gharib urged those responsible for places of worship to call on residents to pray and supplicate, asking God for the speedy recovery of the injured, mercy for the martyrs, patience and solace for their families, and to protect Aleppo and its people.</p>\n\n<p>The governor appealed to all citizens to comply with instructions issued by the competent authorities and fully cooperate to ensure security stabilization and continued stability, stressing that responsibility at this stage requires avoiding any gatherings until all necessary procedures are fully completed.</p>\n\n<p>The Aleppo City Council began this morning, Sunday, implementing a service plan in the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood aimed at preparing suitable conditions for the return of residents after the expulsion of the SDF organization, while the Ashrafieh neighborhood gradually regains normal life with improving security conditions, residents returning to their homes, and streets resuming activity.</p>\n\n<p>Meanwhile, the Aleppo Central Response Committee continues to provide basic services to residents in both neighborhoods as part of emergency response efforts aimed at improving service conditions and meeting the essential needs of the population.</p>",
