    "content": "<p>حلب-العاصمة نيوز</p>\n\n<p>شرعت وحدات الأمن الداخلي اليوم في الانتشار داخل حي الشيخ مقصود بمدينة حلب، ضمن خطة مدروسة تهدف إلى إعادة ترسيخ الأمن والاستقرار، وذلك عقب الانتهاء من تمشيط الحي من قبل الجيش العربي السوري.</p>\n\n<p>وبدأت الوحدات مهام حماية المدنيين والحفاظ على الممتلكات العامة والخاصة، ومنع أي خروقات أو مظاهر فوضى، بالتنسيق الكامل مع وحدات الجيش العربي السوري المنتشرة في الحي.</p>\n\n<h2>مصادرة أسلحة وتفكيك عشرات الألغام داخل الحي</h2>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/199ce85fcba28941f1103dcfc4441fc18b924489.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>وأعلنت هيئة العمليات في الجيش العربي السوري صباح اليوم الانتهاء من تمشيط الحي، داعية الأهالي إلى البقاء في منازلهم وعدم الخروج، بسبب اختباء عناصر تنظيم قسد وتنظيم PKK الإرهابي داخل الحي.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>وأشارت هيئة العمليات إلى إمكانية تواصل المدنيين مع القوات العسكرية الموجودة في شوارع الحي لأي حالة طارئة أو للإبلاغ عن تواجد عناصر التنظيم.</p>\n\n<p>وصادر الجيش العربي السوري عدداً من الأسلحة الثقيلة والمتوسطة داخل الحي، التي كان يستخدمها تنظيم قسد لاستهداف أحياء مدينة حلب، كما فكك عشرات الألغام وعدداً من الآليات المفخخة التي تركها عناصر التنظيم في شوارع الحي.</p>\n\n<p>يذكر أن تنظيم قسد حوّل حيّي الشيخ مقصود والأشرفية إلى منطلق لاعتداءاته على مواقع الجيش العربي السوري وقوى الأمن الداخلي في محيطهما، وعلى المدنيين في الأحياء المجاورة، ما أسفر عن عشرات الضحايا بين قتلى ومصابين وأضرار مادية كبيرة، الأمر الذي دفع الجيش للرد على مصادر النيران لحماية الأهالي، في حين عملت الحكومة على إجلاء المدنيين عبر ممرين إنسانيين هما “العوارض” و”الزهور” رغم محاولات التنظيم عرقلة خروجهم.</p>\n\n<h2>وقف إطلاق النار</h2>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/4e84f34539c138de7c3e3f01e46cc5ae5f5a51a7.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>وعقب دخول قوات الأمن الداخلي حي الأشرفية، أعلنت وزارة الدفاع فجر الجمعة إيقاف إطلاق النار في محيط أحياء الشيخ مقصود والأشرفية وبني زيد، بهدف إنهاء الحالة العسكرية فيها، تمهيداً لعودة سلطة القانون والمؤسسات الرسمية.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>وطلبت الوزارة من مجموعات تنظيم قسد في أحياء الشيخ مقصود والأشرفية وبني زيد مغادرة المنطقة، لكن التنظيم استهدف الحافلات المخصصة لنقل هذه المجموعات ثلاث مرات، وقصف مواقع الجيش واستهدف جنوده، ما أدى إلى استشهاد ثلاثة جنود وإصابة أكثر من اثني عشر آخرين.</p>\n\n<h2>خروقات تنظيم قسد واستهداف الجيش والمدنيين</h2>\n\n<p>وحفاظاً على سلامة الأهالي أعاد الجيش فتح ممر العوارض الإنساني لإجلاء الراغبين بمغادرة الشيخ مقصود بين الساعة الرابعة والسادسة مساء أمس، لكن عناصر تنظيم قسد وتنظيم PKK الإرهابي أغلقوا الطرق وأرهبوا الأهالي داخل الحي ومنعوهم من المغادرة بهدف استخدامهم كدروع بشرية أثناء استهدافهم لقوى الجيش والأمن.</p>\n\n<p>وبعد انتهاء المهلة المحددة أعلن الجيش العربي السوري الحي منطقة عسكرية مغلقة وبدأ عمليات استهداف مركزة لمواقع تنظيمي قسد وPKK الإرهابي، لينهي صباح اليوم عمليات تمشيطه.</p>\n\n<figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/5621ffe606f2fae9721e4d4b0222f6705dbb1fc2.jpg\"></figure>\n\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/f2c6f0adfe30b2d8c47cebad051e98e021bc004b.jpg\"></figure>\n</figure>",

    "title": "Internal Security Forces Deploy in Aleppo&apos;s Sheikh Maqsoud Neighborhood to Complete Area Securing",
    "content": "<p>Aleppo - Capital News</p>\n\n<p>Internal security units began their deployment today in the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood of Aleppo as part of a well-planned operation aimed at restoring security and stability, following the Syrian Arab Army&apos;s completion of the area&apos;s clearance.</p>\n\n<p>The units started tasks to protect civilians, safeguard public and private properties, and prevent any violations or chaos, in full coordination with the Syrian Arab Army units deployed in the neighborhood.</p>\n\n<h2>Weapons Confiscated and Dozens of Mines Defused Inside the Neighborhood</h2>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/199ce85fcba28941f1103dcfc4441fc18b924489.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>The Operations Authority of the Syrian Arab Army announced this morning the completion of the neighborhood sweep, urging residents to stay indoors due to the presence of ISIS-affiliated groups and the PKK terrorist organization hiding within the area.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>The Operations Authority indicated that civilians can contact the military forces present in the neighborhood streets for any emergencies or to report the presence of the groups.</p>\n\n<p>The Syrian Arab Army confiscated several heavy and medium weapons inside the neighborhood, previously used by the SDF to target Aleppo&apos;s districts. It also defused dozens of mines and several booby-trapped vehicles left by the groups in the neighborhood streets.</p>\n\n<p>It is noted that the SDF turned the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods into launchpads for attacks against the Syrian Arab Army and Internal Security forces in their vicinity, as well as civilians in nearby districts, resulting in dozens of casualties and significant material damage. This prompted the army to respond to the sources of fire to protect residents, while the government worked to evacuate civilians via two humanitarian corridors, “Al-Awarid” and “Al-Zuhur”, despite attempts by the groups to obstruct their exit.</p>\n\n<h2>Ceasefire</h2>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/4e84f34539c138de7c3e3f01e46cc5ae5f5a51a7.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>Following the entry of internal security forces into the Ashrafieh neighborhood, the Ministry of Defense announced early Friday the cessation of fire around Sheikh Maqsoud, Ashrafieh, and Bani Zeid neighborhoods, aiming to end military operations and pave the way for the return of law and official institutions.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>The ministry requested the SDF groups in Sheikh Maqsoud, Ashrafieh, and Bani Zeid neighborhoods to leave the area, but the groups targeted the buses designated for their transport three times, shelled army positions, and attacked soldiers, resulting in the martyrdom of three soldiers and injuries to more than twelve others.</p>\n\n<h2>SDF Violations and Targeting of Army and Civilians</h2>\n\n<p>To ensure the safety of residents, the army reopened the Al-Awarid humanitarian corridor to evacuate those wishing to leave Sheikh Maqsoud between 4 and 6 pm yesterday, but SDF and PKK terrorist elements blocked roads, terrorized residents inside the neighborhood, and prevented their departure to use them as human shields during attacks on army and security forces.</p>\n\n<
