    "content": "<p>دمشق - العاصمة نيوز</p>\n\n<p>أكد وزير الإعلام حمزة المصطفى أن مجموعات تنظيم قسد وحزب العمال الكردستاني حولت عدداً من المرافق المدنية في حي الشيخ مقصود بمدينة حلب إلى نقاط تمركز عسكرية، ولا تزال تستخدمها في استهداف المدنيين.</p>\n\n<p>وأشار الوزير في بيان اليوم إلى أنه مع تقدم قوات الجيش العربي السوري ونجاحها في تمشيط معظم المواقع القتالية داخل الحي، يسعى بعض العناصر اليائسين إلى التحصن داخل بعض المستشفيات والمراكز الطبية، متخذين من الموجودين فيها دروعاً بشرية.</p>\n\n<p>وأضاف: \"نؤكد على ضرورة تحييد المدنيين بشكل كامل وحمايتهم، وعدم الزج بالمرافق الخدمية، ولا سيما الطبية منها، في الأعمال العسكرية أو توظيفها سياسياً وإعلامياً، التزاماً بالقانون الدولي الإنساني، وحفاظاً على أرواح الأبرياء\".</p>\n\n<p>وكانت وزارة الصحة قد أكدت أن تنظيم PKK الإرهابي والمجموعات المسلحة المرتبطة به قاموا بطرد العاملين والأطباء من مستشفى ياسين في حي الشيخ مقصود، وحولوه إلى نقطة عسكرية يتحصنون بها بعد فرارهم أمام الجيش العربي السوري، داعية المدنيين إلى عدم الاقتراب من المستشفى حرصاً على سلامتهم.</p>",

    "title": "Minister of Information: QSD and PKK Turn Civil Facilities in Sheikh Maqsood into Military Positions",
