تبذل وزارة التربية والتعليم جهوداً مكثفة لإعادة تأهيل المستوصفات الصحية المدرسية المتضررة في عدد من المحافظات وتوسيع نطاق خدماتها، دعماً لصحة ملايين الطلاب والكوادر التعليمية، خاصة بعد تضرر 90 مستوصفاً مدرسياً من أصل 253.

وأوضحت مديرة الصحة المدرسية وطب الفم في الوزارة، الدكتورة ميسون دشاش، في تصريح لمراسلة العاصمة نيوز، أن عدد المستوصفات المدرسية في جميع المحافظات يبلغ 253 منها 90 متضرراً جزئياً أو كلياً، بينما لا يزال 163 مستوصفاً قيد الخدمة.

وأشارت إلى أن الوزارة أنجزت مؤخراً إعادة تأهيل أحد المستوصفات وأعادته للخدمة، مما يعزز سلامة البيئة التعليمية.

خط الدفاع الأول في مواجهة الأمراض

أوضحت الدكتورة دشاش أن مستوصفات الصحة المدرسية تمثل خط الدفاع الأول في مواجهة الأمراض السارية والمزمنة، من خلال الخدمات التي تقدمها مثل الإبلاغ الفوري، والترصد الصحي للحالات المدرسية، إضافة إلى تقديم خدمات الرعاية الصحية الأولية والعلاجات الأساسية للطلاب والكوادر التربوية.

وبيّنت أن كل مستوصف يغطي عدداً من المدارس، كمستوصف النشابية المدمر كلياً الذي يخدم 128 مدرسة في الغوطة الشرقية ويحتاج إلى ترميم، بالإضافة إلى انتهاء ترميم مستوصف حرستا الذي يغطي 28 مدرسة وإدخاله الخدمة، مشيرة إلى دور هذه المستوصفات في حملات اللقاح الوطنية بالتنسيق مع وزارة الصحة، إلى جانب خدمات الطب والأسنان والتثقيف الصحي.

ستة مستوصفات خارج الخدمة في ريف دمشق

من جانبها، أكدت رئيسة دائرة الصحة المدرسية بريف دمشق الدكتورة رازنه الخطيب، وجود 10 مستوصفات تعمل بكفاءة عالية حالياً في المحافظة، بينما 6 أخرى مدمرة وتحتاج إلى ترميم رغم الدمار الذي لحق بها، مشيرة إلى أن مستوصف حرستا الذي تم ترميمه وإعادته للخدمة يضم 10 غرف بطابق واحد بجهود مشتركة بين الوزارة والمجتمع المحلي، ليخدم مناطق مسرابا وحرستا وعربين ومديرة وزملكا.

ولفتت إلى أن المستوصف سيتم تجهيزه بالكامل بأجهزة إيكو وعينية ومخبر وغرفة لقاحات وفحص أسنان، بالإضافة إلى تجهيز الكوادر للعمل بهدف توفير بيئة تعليمية صحية سليمة.

دور المستوصفات المدرسية

تُعد مراكز الصحة المدرسية في سوريا وحدات تابعة لمديرية الصحة المدرسية وطب الفم في وزارة التربية والتعليم، تعمل على توفير الرعاية الصحية والوقائية والعلاجية المجانية للطلاب والكوادر التربوية، وتعزيز الصحة النفسية والإنجابية والتغذية المدرسية ورعاية الفم والأسنان بشكل متكامل.

The Ministry of Education is exerting intensive efforts to rehabilitate damaged school health clinics across several provinces and expand their services, supporting the health of millions of students and educational staff, especially after 90 out of 253 school clinics were damaged.

Dr. Maysoun Dashash, Director of School Health and Oral Medicine at the ministry, told Al-Asima News correspondent that the total number of school clinics in all provinces is 253, of which 90 are partially or completely damaged, while 163 clinics remain operational.

She noted that the ministry recently completed the rehabilitation of one clinic and restored it to service, enhancing the safety of the educational environment.

The First Line of Defense Against Diseases

Dr. Dashash pointed out that school health clinics represent the first line of defense against communicable and chronic diseases through services such as immediate reporting, health monitoring of school cases, as well as providing primary healthcare and essential treatments for students and educational staff.

She explained that each clinic covers several schools, such as the completely destroyed Nashabiya clinic serving 128 schools in Eastern Ghouta, which requires restoration, in addition to the recently restored Harasta clinic covering 28 schools and now operational. She highlighted the role of these clinics in national vaccination campaigns in coordination with the Ministry of Health, alongside medical, dental, and health education services.

Six Clinics Out of Service in Rural Damascus

Razaneh Al-Khatib, Head of the School Health Department in Rural Damascus, stated that there are currently 10 clinics operating efficiently in the governorate, while 6 others are damaged and need restoration despite the destruction they suffered. She mentioned that the Harasta clinic, which was restored and returned to service, includes 10 rooms on one floor through joint efforts between the ministry and the local community, serving the areas of Misraba, Harasta, Arbeen, Madira, and Zemelka.

She added that the clinic will be fully equipped with echo devices, ophthalmic equipment, a laboratory, a vaccination room, and dental examination facilities, in addition to preparing staff to work towards providing a healthy educational environment.

The Role of School Clinics

School health centers in Syria are units affiliated with the Directorate of School Health and Oral Medicine at the Ministry of Education. They provide free preventive, therapeutic, and healthcare services to students and educational staff, promoting mental and reproductive health, school nutrition, and comprehensive oral and dental care.

Elle a expliqué que chaque infirmerie couvre plusieurs écoles, comme celle de Nashabiya, complètement détruite, qui dessert 128 écoles dans la Ghouta orientale et nécessite une restauration, en plus de l'infirmerie de Harasta récemment restaurée, couvrant 28 écoles et désormais opérationnelle. Elle a mentionné que l'infirmerie de Harasta, restaurée et remise en service, comprend 10 salles sur un étage, grâce à des efforts conjoints entre le ministère et la communauté locale, desservant les zones de Misraba, Harasta, Arbeen, Madira et Zemelka.

Elle a ajouté que l'infirmerie sera entièrement équipée avec des appareils d'échographie, du matériel ophtalmique, un laboratoire, une salle de vaccination et des équipements pour les examens dentaires, en plus de préparer le personnel pour travailler à la création d'un environnement éducatif sain.

Sağlık biriminin eko cihazları, göz muayene ekipmanları, laboratuvar, aşı odası ve diş muayene araçları ile tam donanımlı hale getirileceğini, ayrıca sağlıklı bir eğitim ortamı sağlamak için personelin görevlendirileceğini belirtti.
