في خطوة تعكس عمق الشراكة بين الدولة والمجتمع المحلي، تم اليوم افتتاح مخفر بلدة صيدا في ريف درعا الشرقي، بدعم مجتمعي وبحضور محافظ درعا أنور طه الزعبي وقيادة الأمن الداخلي في المحافظة إلى جانب حشد شعبي ووجهاء وأهالي البلدة.

وقد تم إنجاز المخفر وفق مواصفات فنية وخدمية حديثة، ليكون مركزاً أمنياً وخدمياً يساهم في حماية المواطنين وتقديم الخدمات الشرطية، ويعكس صورة جديدة للمنطقة تقوم على الأمان والثقة والتعاون بين المواطن ومؤسسات الدولة.

وقال محافظ درعا في تصريح لـ العاصمة نيوز: إن فزعات أهل حوران المتواصلة منذ بداية الثورة وحتى اليوم، وعلى رأسها حملة أبشري حوران، شكلت نموذجاً وطنياً يحتذى به في التكافل الاجتماعي ووقوف المجتمع إلى جانب الدولة في مسيرة البناء والتطوير بعد تحقيق النصر والتحرير.

وأضاف الزعبي: نحن اليوم في مرحلة بناء الدولة السورية الجديدة التي تحافظ على كرامة المواطن وتسعى إلى أمن يحفظ استقرار الشعب، وجيش وطني يحمي الأرض والسيادة، مشيراً إلى أن تجهيز المخفر يأتي ضمن خطة شاملة تهدف إلى ترسيخ الأمن والأمان وتوسيع انتشار المخافر في النواحي، إلى جانب إطلاق مشاريع تنموية جديدة عبر حملة أبشري حوران في مختلف مناطق محافظة درعا.

من جهته أكد معاون قائد الأمن الداخلي في درعا العميد بدر عبد الحميد أن المخفر يمثل نموذجاً جديداً للعمل الأمني القائم على خدمة المواطن، مشيراً إلى أن المضمون والهدف قد تغيرا، فبعد أن كان الأمن أداة قمع أصبح اليوم وسيلة لتحقيق الأمان وبناء علاقة ثقة متبادلة بين الشرطة والمجتمع.

وأوضح عبد الحميد أن الخطة الأمنية في محافظة درعا شاملة ومتكاملة، وتعتمد على إعادة تفعيل مراكز الأمن والشرطة وملاحقة الخارجين عن القانون من مختلف الأطياف، بما يعزز السلم الأهلي ويحقق الاستقرار.

بدوره قال موسى الغوازي من وجهاء البلدة: إن الشعب السوري شعب نشيط ومبدع وقادر على النهوض والبناء متى توفرت الظروف المناسبة، وما نقدمه هو واجب وطني قبل أن يكون مبادرة فردية ورسالة واضحة بأننا أهل حضارة ودولة ولسنا أقل شأنًا من أي شعب في العالم.

وأكد الغوازي أن المخفر لم يعد مكاناً للتخويف أو التضييق على الناس، بل يمثل عنواناً للأمان وحماية المواطن وخدمة المجتمع ومكاناً يليق بالدولة الجديدة التي نحلم بها جميعاً، دولة تحترم الإنسان وتصون كرامته.

ويأتي افتتاح مخفر صيدا في ريف درعا ضمن جهود إعادة بناء المؤسسات الأمنية والخدمية في المحافظة، وبالشراكة مع المجتمع المحلي في إطار مرحلة جديدة تهدف إلى تثبيت الاستقرار، وتعزيز سيادة القانون، وتهيئة بيئة آمنة داعمة لمسار التعافي والتنمية.

In a move reflecting the deep partnership between the state and local community, the police station of Saida town in the eastern countryside of Daraa was inaugurated today, supported by the community and attended by Daraa Governor Anwar Taha Al-Zaabi, the internal security leadership in the governorate, along with a popular gathering, dignitaries, and town residents.

The station was completed according to modern technical and service specifications to serve as a security and service center that contributes to protecting citizens and providing police services, reflecting a new image of the area based on safety, trust, and cooperation between citizens and state institutions.

The governor of Daraa told Al-Asima News that the continuous support from the people of Horan since the beginning of the revolution until today, especially the 'Abshari Horan' campaign, has formed a national model to be emulated in social solidarity and the community standing alongside the state in the path of reconstruction and development after achieving victory and liberation.

Al-Zaabi added: We are now in the stage of building the new Syrian state that preserves the dignity of the citizen and seeks security that maintains the stability of the people, along with a national army that protects the land and sovereignty. He pointed out that equipping the station is part of a comprehensive plan aiming to consolidate security and safety and expand the spread of police stations in the districts, alongside launching new developmental projects through the 'Abshari Horan' campaign across various areas of Daraa governorate.

Meanwhile, the Deputy Commander of Internal Security in Daraa, Brigadier General Badr Abdul Hamid, confirmed that the station represents a new model of security work based on serving the citizen, noting that the concept and goal have changed; security, which was once a tool of repression, has now become a means to achieve safety and build mutual trust between the police and the community.

Abdul Hamid explained that the security plan in Daraa governorate is comprehensive and integrated, relying on reactivating security and police centers and pursuing lawbreakers from various factions, enhancing civil peace and achieving stability.

Musa Al-Ghawazi, a town dignitary, said: The Syrian people are active, creative, and capable of progress and construction when suitable conditions are available. What we offer is a national duty before being an individual initiative and a clear message that we are people of civilization and a state, no less than any other nation in the world.

Al-Ghawazi affirmed that the station is no longer a place of intimidation or restriction but represents a symbol of safety, citizen protection, community service, and a place befitting the new state we all aspire to—a state that respects human dignity and preserves it.

The opening of Saida police station in Daraa countryside comes within efforts to rebuild security and service institutions in the governorate, in partnership with the local community, as part of a new phase aiming to consolidate stability, reinforce the rule of law, and prepare a safe environment supporting recovery and development.

Le gouverneur de Deraa a déclaré à Al-Asima News que le soutien continu du peuple de Houran depuis le début de la révolution jusqu'à aujourd'hui, notamment la campagne \"Abshari Houran\", a constitué un modèle national à suivre en matière de solidarité sociale et de soutien de la communauté à l'État dans le processus de reconstruction et de développement après la victoire et la libération.

Al-Zaabi a ajouté : Nous sommes aujourd'hui à l'étape de construction du nouvel État syrien qui préserve la dignité du citoyen et cherche une sécurité garantissant la stabilité du peuple, ainsi qu'une armée nationale qui protège la terre et la souveraineté. Il a indiqué que l'équipement du poste s'inscrit dans un plan global visant à renforcer la sécurité et la sûreté et à étendre la présence des postes de police dans les districts, en plus du lancement de nouveaux projets de développement à travers la campagne \"Abshari Houran\" dans différentes régions de la province de Deraa.

De son côté, le commandant adjoint de la sécurité intérieure à Deraa, le général de brigade Badr Abdul Hamid, a confirmé que le poste représente un nouveau modèle de travail sécuritaire basé sur le service au citoyen, soulignant que le contenu et l'objectif ont changé ; la sécurité, autrefois outil de répression, est aujourd'hui un moyen d'assurer la sûreté et de construire une relation de confiance mutuelle entre la police et la communauté.

Abdul Hamid a expliqué que le plan de sécurité dans la province de Deraa est global et intégré, reposant sur la réactivation des centres de sécurité et de police et la poursuite des hors-la-loi de diverses factions, ce qui renforce la paix civile et assure la stabilité.

Pour sa part, Moussa Al-Ghawazi, notable de la ville, a déclaré : Le peuple syrien est actif, créatif et capable de progrès et de construction lorsque les conditions appropriées sont réunies. Ce que nous offrons est un devoir national avant d'être une initiative individuelle et un message clair que nous sommes un peuple de civilisation et un État, pas inférieur à aucun autre peuple dans le monde.

Abdul Hamid, Dera ilindeki güvenlik planının kapsamlı ve entegre olduğunu, güvenlik ve polis merkezlerinin yeniden etkinleştirilmesine ve farklı gruplardan kanun dışı kişilerin takibine dayandığını, bunun da toplumsal barışı güçlendirdiğini ve istikrarı sağladığını açıkladı.

Kasaba ileri gelenlerinden Musa El-Ghawazi, Suriye halkının aktif, yaratıcı ve uygun koşullar sağlandığında kalkınma ve inşa kapasitesine sahip olduğunu söyledi. Verilen katkıların bireysel bir girişimden önce ulusal bir görev olduğunu ve kendilerinin medeniyet sahibi bir halk ve devlet olduklarını, dünyadaki hiçbir halktan aşağı olmadıklarını ifade etti.

Saida karakolunun açılışı, Dera ilinde güvenlik ve hizmet kurumlarının yeniden inşası çabalarının bir parçası olarak, yerel toplumla iş birliği içinde, istikrarı pekiştirmeyi, hukukun üstünlüğünü güçlendirmeyi ve iyileşme ile kalkınmayı destekleyen güvenli bir ortam hazırlamayı amaçlayan yeni bir aşamanın parçası olarak gerçekleşti.
