\n\nأكد الرئيس أحمد الشرع أن مدينة حلب تمثل بوابة الاقتصاد السوري وركيزة أساسية في مسيرة البناء والتنمية، مشدداً على أن المرحلة المقبلة، وخاصة بعد رفع العقوبات، تفرض على أبناء حلب مسؤوليات كبيرة في قيادة النشاط الاقتصادي والتجاري على مستوى البلاد.
\n\nوقال الرئيس الشرع في كلمة عبر الفيديو للمشاركين في حملة “حلب ست الكل”: “كان من دواعي سروري أن أكون معكم اليوم، وإن شاء الله تكون أيامكم كلها احتفالات وأعياداً، ومن نصر إلى نصر بإذن الله، فحلب كانت دائماً ذات مكانة عظيمة بالنسبة لنا، وكانت المفتاح والبوابة لكل سوريا”.
\n\nوأضاف الرئيس الشرع: “حلب هي البوابة الاقتصادية لسوريا، وتفرض نفسها كالعاصمة الاقتصادية، واليوم مع الانفتاح الذي شهدته سوريا ورفع العقوبات، أعتقد أن حلب ستحتل الموقع الأول إقليمياً وليس فقط محلياً، لتكون الركيزة الأساسية للنشاط الاقتصادي والتجاري في البلاد”.
\n\nوتوجه الرئيس الشرع إلى أهل حلب قائلاً: “نريد منكم الهمة يا أهل حلب، فحلب لم تعرف الفقر، ويجب أن نعمل على القضاء على الفقر فيها أولاً، ثم ننتقل إلى باقي المحافظات، لنرفع الفقر عن جميع أبناء سوريا. لقد تحولت بلادنا من دولة تُقاد بأفراد إلى دولة يقودها الشعب، ودوركم الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي مهم على مستوى الوطن كله”.
\n\nوتابع الرئيس الشرع: “تابعت الحملة التي أطلقتموها لجمع التبرعات لأهل حلب، وأنتم دائماً الرقم الأول، وهذا ما يليق بكم، وأتمنى أن تستمر هذه الأعمال الخيرية، وأن تبقى أعينكم على حلب في مجالات البناء والتطوير والاستدامة وتحسين الخدمات”.
\n\nوأضاف الرئيس الشرع: “عندما نتحدث عن حلب، نعني الريف والمدينة معاً، فقد قدمت الكثير في الثورة السورية المباركة”، وختم بالقول: “في بداية الثورة كان الناس يقولون: ‘وينك يا حلب، شدي حيلك يا حلب’، وعندما انضمت حلب إلى الثورة صنعت المعجزات، لذا ستبقى حلب مرفوعة الرأس”.

\n\nPresident Ahmed Al-Shara affirmed that Aleppo city represents Syria’s economic gateway and a fundamental pillar in the process of reconstruction and development. He emphasized that the upcoming phase, especially after the lifting of sanctions, places great responsibilities on Aleppo’s residents to lead economic and commercial activity nationwide.
\n\nIn a video speech to participants in the “Aleppo Mother of All” campaign, President Al-Shara said: “I wished to be with you today, and God willing, may all your days be celebrations and holidays, progressing from victory to victory. Aleppo has always been significant to us and was the key and gateway to all of Syria.”
\n\nHe added: “Aleppo is Syria’s economic gateway and asserts itself as the economic capital. Today, with Syria’s openness and the lifting of sanctions, I believe Aleppo will occupy the top regional position, not just nationally, to be the main gateway and a key pillar for economic and commercial activity in the country.”
\n\nAddressing Aleppo’s people, he said: “We want your determination, people of Aleppo. Aleppo has not had poverty, and we must first eliminate poverty there, then move to other provinces to eradicate poverty across Syria. We have transformed from a country led by individuals to one led by the people, and your economic, social, and cultural role is vital nationwide.”
\n\nPresident Al-Shara continued: “I followed the campaign you launched to collect donations for Aleppo’s people. You are always number one, which suits you. I hope these charitable efforts continue and that your focus remains on Aleppo’s reconstruction, development, sustainability, and service improvement.”
\n\nHe added: “When we say Aleppo, we mean both the countryside and the city, which have contributed greatly to the blessed Syrian revolution.” He concluded: “At the start of the revolution, people used to say: ‘Where are you, Aleppo? Be strong, Aleppo!’ When Aleppo joined the revolution, it performed miracles, so Aleppo will always hold its head high.”

\n\nLe président Ahmed Al-Shara a affirmé que la ville d'Alep représente la porte économique de la Syrie et un pilier essentiel dans le processus de reconstruction et de développement. Il a souligné que la phase à venir, notamment après la levée des sanctions, impose de grandes responsabilités aux habitants d'Alep pour diriger l'activité économique et commerciale à l'échelle nationale.
\n\nDans un discours vidéo aux participants de la campagne « Alep mère de tous », le président Al-Shara a déclaré : « J'aurais aimé être avec vous aujourd'hui, et, si Dieu le veut, que tous vos jours soient des célébrations et des fêtes, de victoire en victoire. Alep a toujours eu une grande importance pour nous, elle a été la clé et la porte de toute la Syrie. »
\n\nIl a ajouté : « Alep est la porte économique de la Syrie et s'impose comme la capitale économique. Aujourd'hui, avec l'ouverture de la Syrie et la levée des sanctions, je pense qu'Alep occupera la première place au niveau régional, pas seulement national, pour être la porte principale et un pilier fondamental de l'activité économique et commerciale dans le pays. »
\n\nS'adressant aux habitants d'Alep, il a dit : « Nous voulons votre détermination, peuple d'Alep. Alep n'a pas connu la pauvreté, et nous devons d'abord éradiquer la pauvreté là-bas, puis passer aux autres provinces pour éliminer la pauvreté dans toute la Syrie. Nous sommes passés d'un pays dirigé par des individus à un pays dirigé par le peuple, et votre rôle économique, social et culturel est important à l'échelle nationale. »
\n\nLe président Al-Shara a poursuivi : « J'ai suivi la campagne que vous avez lancée pour collecter des dons pour les habitants d'Alep. Vous êtes toujours numéro un, ce qui vous convient bien. J'espère que ces actions caritatives continueront et que vous garderez toujours un œil sur Alep en matière de construction, de développement, de durabilité et d'amélioration des services. »
\n\nIl a ajouté : « Quand nous parlons d'Alep, nous entendons à la fois la campagne et la ville, qui ont beaucoup contribué à la révolution syrienne bénie. » Il a conclu : « Au début de la révolution, les gens disaient : ‘Où es-tu, Alep ? Tiens bon, Alep !’ Quand Alep est entrée en révolution, elle a accompli des miracles, donc Alep restera toujours fière. »

\n\nBaşkan Ahmed Al-Shara, Halep şehrinin Suriye’nin ekonomik kapısı ve yeniden inşa ile kalkınma sürecinde temel bir dayanak olduğunu vurguladı. Özellikle yaptırımların kaldırılmasının ardından gelecek dönemde Halep halkının ülke genelinde ekonomik ve ticari faaliyetleri yönetme sorumluluğunun büyük olduğunu belirtti.
\n\n“Halep Ana Kampanyası”na video mesajıyla katılan Başkan Al-Shara, “Bugün sizinle birlikte olmayı çok isterdim, inşallah tüm günleriniz kutlama ve bayramlarla dolu olur, zaferden zafere ilerlersiniz. Halep bizim için her zaman çok önemliydi, Suriye’nin anahtarı ve kapısı oldu.” dedi.
\n\nAl-Shara sözlerine şöyle devam etti: “Halep, Suriye’nin ekonomik kapısıdır ve ekonomik başkent olarak kendini kabul ettiriyor. Bugün Suriye’nin açılması ve yaptırımların kaldırılmasıyla Halep’in sadece ulusal değil bölgesel olarak da birinci konumda olacağına inanıyorum; ülkenin ekonomik ve ticari faaliyetlerinin temel kapısı ve dayanağı olacaktır.”
\n\nHalep halkına seslenen Al-Shara, “Azminizi bekliyoruz, Halep halkı. Halep’te yoksulluk olmadı ve öncelikle oradaki yoksulluğu ortadan kaldırmalıyız, sonra diğer vilayetlere geçip tüm Suriye’de yoksulluğu kaldırmalıyız. Ülkemiz bireylerin değil, halkın yönettiği bir ülkeye dönüştü ve sizin ekonomik, sosyal ve kültürel rolünüz tüm ülke için önemlidir.” dedi.
\n\nAl-Shara ayrıca, “Halep halkı için bağış toplama kampanyanızı takip ettim. Siz her zaman bir numarasınız, bu size yakışır. Bu hayır işleri devam etsin, gözleriniz hep Halep’in inşası, gelişimi, sürdürülebilirliği ve hizmetlerin iyileştirilmesinde olsun.” ifadelerini kullandı.
\n\n“Halep dediğimizde hem kırsal hem şehir anlamına gelir, kutsal Suriye devrimine çok şey kattı.” diye ekledi ve sözlerini şöyle tamamladı: “Devrimin başında insanlar ‘Neredesin Halep? Güçlen Halep!’ diyordu. Halep devrime katıldığında mucizeler yarattı, bu yüzden Halep her zaman gururla anılacaktır.”
