    "content": "<p>درعا-العاصمة نيوز</p>\n\n<p>انطلقت اليوم أعمال تعزيل مجرى وادي الزيدي بتنفيذ من مديرية الموارد المائية وبالتعاون مع مجلس مدينة بصرى الشام، وذلك استعداداً لاستقبال موسم الأمطار وضمان انسياب المياه بشكل آمن بعيداً عن المخاطر المحتملة.</p>\n\n<p>وأوضح رئيس المكتب الفني في مجلس المدينة، موسى المقداد، أن الأعمال تتضمن إزالة الأتربة والسواتر التي أُنشئت على المجرى الرئيسي للوادي والتي تسببت في إغلاقه، بالإضافة إلى فتح العبارات المغلقة منذ سنوات، لمنع حدوث أضرار خلال فصل الشتاء. وأشار إلى أن المرحلة الأولى تعتمد على استخدام الآليات الثقيلة، بينما تستكمل المرحلة الثانية بالعمالة اليدوية لضمان تنظيف شامل للمجرى.</p>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/6d3a80d5fc8cf7af0ebb3c2c25eed057d54c3c50.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>وبيّن المقداد أن السواتر التي وُضعت سابقاً كانت مصطنعة وأقيمت في عهد النظام السابق عند مداخل المدينة بهدف التضييق على المواطنين، ما أدى إلى انعكاسات سلبية على ضفتي الوادي والمناطق المنخفضة، حيث تسببت بفيضانات جرفت التربة والمحاصيل الزراعية وأثرت على المنازل.<br>انعكاسات إيجابية على الأهالي</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>أكد المواطن عدنان الجيدوري، صاحب معمل طوب على ضفة الوادي، أن الأعمال المنجزة ستنعكس إيجاباً على الأهالي، مشيراً إلى أن السواتر السابقة تسببت بانجرافات في التربة وفقدان التوازن الزراعي، فضلاً عن تأثيرها السلبي على الأراضي والمنازل، وكانت تؤدي إلى انقطاع الطريق الواصل بين قرية جمرين وبصرى لفترات زمنية. فيما شدد المواطن غسان النجم على ضرورة وضع حواجز إسمنتية عند تقاطع العبارات مع الطرق الرئيسية، لتفادي غمر المياه للطرقات خلال فترات الذروة في فصل الشتاء.</p>\n\n<p>يُذكر أن مجلس مدينة بصرى الشام يعمل بشكل دوري على تأمين وتنظيف المجاري المائية في الطرقات العامة والشوارع الرئيسية، ضمن الاستعدادات لموسم الأمطار وضمان سلامة البنية التحتية داخل المدينة.</p>",

    "title": "Commencement of Wadi Al-Zaydi Stream Dredging in Bosra Al-Sham",
    "content": "<p>Daraa - Al-Asima News</p>\n\n<p>The Directorate of Water Resources, in cooperation with the Bosra Al-Sham City Council, has begun dredging the Wadi Al-Zaydi stream today in preparation for the rainy season, ensuring safe water flow away from potential hazards.</p>\n\n<p>Musa Al-Miqdad, Head of the Technical Office at the City Council, explained that the work includes removing soils and embankments that had been placed on the main stream of the valley causing blockage, in addition to opening culverts that have been closed for years to prevent damage during the winter season. He added that the first phase relies on heavy machinery, while the second phase will be completed manually to ensure thorough cleaning of the stream.</p>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/6d3a80d5fc8cf7af0ebb3c2c25eed057d54c3c50.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>Al-Miqdad pointed out that the embankments previously set up were artificial and established during the former regime at the city&apos;s entrances to restrict citizens, leading to negative impacts on both banks of the valley and low-lying areas, causing floods that eroded soil and agricultural crops and affected houses.<br>Positive impacts on residents</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>Adnan Al-Jaydouri, owner of a brick factory on the valley’s bank, confirmed that the completed works will positively affect residents, noting that the previous embankments caused soil erosion and disrupted agricultural balance, along with negative effects on lands and homes, and caused road closures between Jamrin village and Bosra for periods of time. Meanwhile, citizen Ghassan Al-Najm emphasized the necessity of placing concrete barriers at the intersections of culverts with main roads to prevent water flooding the roads during peak winter periods.</p>\n\n<p>It is worth mentioning that the Bosra Al-Sham City Council regularly secures and cleans water drains on public roads and main streets as part of preparations for the rainy season and to ensure the safety of the city&apos;s infrastructure.</p>",
