نفذت الوحدات الأمنية في محافظة إدلب، بالتعاون مع جهاز الاستخبارات العامة، عمليتين أمنيّتين نوعيّتين استهدفتا خلايا تابعة لتنظيم داعش الإرهابي في ريف المحافظة، وأسفرتا عن ضبط أسلحة فردية وذخائر، وأحزمة ناسفة وعبوات متفجرة، كما كشفتا تورط بعض أفراد هذه الخلايا في قتل مدني ودفنه قرب مدينة معرة مصرين.

وذكرت وزارة الداخلية عبر قناتها على التلغرام اليوم أنه خلال العمليتين تم تحييد عنصرين من الخلية بعد رفضهما تسليم نفسيهما للقوات الأمنية، فيما أُلقي القبض على باقي أفراد الخلايا.

وقال قائد الأمن الداخلي في محافظة إدلب، العميد غسان باكير: \"نفذت وحداتنا الأمنية، بالتعاون مع جهاز الاستخبارات العامة، عمليتين أمنيّتين نوعيّتين استهدفتا خلايا إرهابية تابعة لتنظيم داعش الإرهابي في منطقتي الدانا شمال المحافظة وغرب مدينة إدلب، وذلك ضمن الحملة الأمنية المستمرة التي تنفذها وزارة الداخلية لتعقب التنظيمات الإرهابية وتجفيف منابعها\".

وأضاف: \"أسفرت العمليات عن ضبط أسلحة فردية وذخائر، وأحزمة ناسفة وعبوات متفجرة، كما تم الكشف عن تورط بعض أفراد هذه الخلايا في قتل مدني ودفنه قرب مدينة معرة مصرين، وخلال العمليات تم تحييد عنصرين بعد رفضهما تسليم نفسيهما للقوات الأمنية، فيما أُلقي القبض على باقي أفراد الخلايا\".

وأشار باكير إلى أنه تم إحالة المقبوض عليهم إلى الجهات المختصة لاستكمال التحقيقات تمهيداً لإحالتهم إلى القضاء لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحقهم.

The security units in Idlib Governorate, in cooperation with the General Intelligence Directorate, carried out two specialized security operations targeting cells affiliated with the ISIS terrorist organization in the countryside of the governorate. The operations resulted in the seizure of individual weapons, ammunition, explosive belts, and explosive devices, and revealed the involvement of some members of these cells in killing a civilian and burying him near the city of Maaret Misrin.

The Ministry of Interior stated via its Telegram channel today that during the operations, two cell members were neutralized after refusing to surrender to security forces, while the rest of the cell members were arrested.

The Chief of Internal Security in Idlib Governorate, Brigadier General Ghassan Bakir, said: \"Our security units, in cooperation with the General Intelligence Directorate, conducted two specialized security operations targeting terrorist cells affiliated with ISIS in both the Dana area in the north of the governorate and west of Idlib city, as part of the ongoing security campaign carried out by the Ministry of Interior to track terrorist organizations and dry up their sources.\"

He added: \"The operations resulted in the seizure of individual weapons, ammunition, explosive belts, and explosive devices. It was also revealed that some members of these cells were involved in killing a civilian and burying him near Maaret Misrin city. During the operations, two members were neutralized after refusing to surrender to security forces, while the rest were arrested.\"

Bakir pointed out that the detainees were referred to the competent authorities to complete investigations before being referred to the judiciary to take legal measures against them.

Les unités de sécurité de la province d’Idlib, en coopération avec la Direction générale du renseignement, ont mené deux opérations de sécurité ciblées visant des cellules affiliées à l’organisation terroriste Daech dans la campagne de la province. Ces opérations ont permis la saisie d’armes individuelles, de munitions, de ceintures explosives et de dispositifs explosifs, et ont révélé l’implication de certains membres de ces cellules dans le meurtre d’un civil et son enfouissement près de la ville de Maaret Misrin.

Le ministère de l’Intérieur a indiqué via sa chaîne Telegram aujourd’hui que lors des opérations, deux membres de la cellule ont été neutralisés après avoir refusé de se rendre aux forces de sécurité, tandis que le reste des membres a été arrêté.

Le chef de la sécurité intérieure de la province d’Idlib, le brigadier général Ghassan Bakir, a déclaré : « Nos unités de sécurité, en coopération avec la Direction générale du renseignement, ont mené deux opérations de sécurité ciblées visant des cellules terroristes affiliées à Daech dans la région de Dana au nord de la province et à l’ouest de la ville d’Idlib, dans le cadre de la campagne de sécurité continue menée par le ministère de l’Intérieur pour traquer les organisations terroristes et assécher leurs sources. »

Il a ajouté : « Les opérations ont permis la saisie d’armes individuelles, de munitions, de ceintures explosives et de dispositifs explosifs. Il a également été révélé que certains membres de ces cellules étaient impliqués dans le meurtre d’un civil et son enfouissement près de la ville de Maaret Misrin. Lors des opérations, deux membres ont été neutralisés après avoir refusé de se rendre aux forces de sécurité, tandis que le reste a été arrêté. »

Bakir a souligné que les détenus ont été remis aux autorités compétentes pour achever les enquêtes avant d’être présentés à la justice afin de prendre les mesures légales à leur encontre.

İdlib Valiliği güvenlik birimleri, Genel İstihbarat Teşkilatı ile iş birliği içinde, valiliğin kırsalında DEAŞ terör örgütüne bağlı hücreleri hedef alan iki özel güvenlik operasyonu gerçekleştirdi. Operasyonlar sonucunda bireysel silahlar, mühimmat, patlayıcı kemerler ve patlayıcı düzenekler ele geçirildi ve bu hücrelerin bazı üyelerinin bir sivili öldürüp Maaret Misrin şehri yakınlarında gömmekte rol aldığı ortaya çıktı.

İçişleri Bakanlığı bugün Telegram kanalı üzerinden yaptığı açıklamada, operasyonlar sırasında iki hücre üyesinin güvenlik güçlerine teslim olmayı reddetmesi üzerine etkisiz hale getirildiğini, diğer hücre üyelerinin ise yakalandığını duyurdu.

İdlib İl İç Güvenlik Komutanı Tuğgeneral Ghassan Bakir, \"Güvenlik birimlerimiz, Genel İstihbarat Teşkilatı ile iş birliği içinde, valiliğin kuzeyindeki Dana bölgesi ve İdlib şehrinin batısında DEAŞ terör örgütüne bağlı terör hücrelerini hedef alan iki özel güvenlik operasyonu gerçekleştirdi. Bu, İçişleri Bakanlığı'nın terör örgütlerini takip edip kaynaklarını kurutmak için yürüttüğü sürekli güvenlik kampanyası kapsamında yapıldı.\" dedi.
