أعلن وزير الطاقة محمد البشير عن تشغيل معمل الفوسفات في مناجم الشرقية بعد استكمال عمليات إعادة تأهيله، ليعود للإنتاج للمرة الأولى منذ عشر سنوات بطاقة إنتاجية تصل إلى 1.2 مليون طن سنوياً من الفوسفات.

وأوضح البشير في تصريح للصحفيين اليوم من موقع المعمل، أن إعادة تأهيل هذه المنشأة تشكل خطوة مهمة لتعزيز حضور سوريا في سوق الفوسفات العالمي ودعم الاقتصاد الوطني، مشيراً إلى دورها في تنشيط قطاع الطاقة والثروة المعدنية.

وأشاد البشير بجهود الكوادر الوطنية والعاملين في شركات الفوسفات الذين ساهموا بشكل كبير في تحقيق هذا الإنجاز، مؤكداً أن إعادة تشغيل المعمل يأتي ضمن خطة الوزارة لتطوير البنية التحتية والمرافق الحيوية.

من جهته، أشار المهندس فادي هرموش رئيس شعبة المصانع في مديرية فوسفات مناجم الشرقية في تصريح لمراسل العاصمة نيوز، إلى أن المصنع بدأ الإنتاج فعلياً بعد انتهاء عمليات التأهيل الشاملة، بطاقة تصل إلى 1.2 مليون طن سنوياً من الفوسفات المغسول والمجفف.

ولفت هرموش إلى أن المصنع يعد من أهم منشآت إنتاج الفوسفات في المنطقة والشرق الأوسط، خاصة مع جودة الفوسفات السوري التي تحظى بشهرة عالمية تفتح المجال لتصديره إلى الأسواق الخارجية، مما يجعله رافداً أساسياً لعودة سوريا كلاعب مهم في هذا القطاع.

وبيّن أن بدء الإنتاج وفق المواصفات العالمية يعكس قدرة الخبرات الوطنية على استثمار الموارد بفاعلية لدعم التنمية الاقتصادية، مؤكداً أهمية المشروع كدعامة قوية للاقتصاد الوطني.

ويعتبر قطاع الفوسفات من الركائز الأساسية للثروة المعدنية في سوريا، ويأتي تأهيل معمل الشرقية ضمن استراتيجية الحكومة لإحياء المنشآت الإنتاجية المتضررة وتعزيز البنية التحتية لهذا القطاع الحيوي.

Energy Minister Mohammad Al-Bashir announced the operation of the phosphate plant in the Eastern Mines after completing its rehabilitation, returning to production for the first time in ten years with an annual production capacity of 1.2 million tons of phosphate.

Al-Bashir explained in a statement to journalists today at the plant site that rehabilitating this facility represents a significant step to strengthen Syria's presence in the global phosphate market and support the national economy, highlighting its importance in activating the energy and mineral wealth sectors.

He praised the efforts of the national cadres and employees in phosphate companies who contributed significantly to achieving this accomplishment, confirming that the plant's reopening is part of the ministry's plan to develop vital infrastructure and facilities.

Engineer Fadi Harmoush, Head of the Factories Division at the Directorate of Eastern Mines Phosphate, told Al-Asima News correspondent that the plant has started production after completing comprehensive rehabilitation, with a capacity reaching 1.2 million tons annually of washed and dried phosphate.

Harmoush pointed out that the plant is one of the most important phosphate production facilities in the region and the Middle East, especially given the global reputation of Syrian phosphate for its high quality, which opens opportunities for export to foreign markets, making it a main contributor to Syria's return as a key player in this sector.

He indicated that starting production according to international specifications reflects the capability of national expertise to effectively utilize resources to support economic development, emphasizing the project's importance as a strong pillar for the national economy.

The phosphate sector is considered one of the main pillars of Syria's mineral wealth, and the rehabilitation of the Eastern Plant is part of the government's strategy to revive damaged production facilities and enhance the infrastructure of this vital sector.

Le ministre de l'Énergie, Mohammad Al-Bashir, a annoncé la remise en service de l'usine de phosphate dans les mines de l'Est après la fin de sa réhabilitation, reprenant la production pour la première fois depuis dix ans avec une capacité annuelle de 1,2 million de tonnes de phosphate.

Al-Bashir a expliqué lors d'une déclaration aux journalistes aujourd'hui sur le site de l'usine que la réhabilitation de cette installation représente une étape importante pour renforcer la présence de la Syrie sur le marché mondial du phosphate et soutenir l'économie nationale, soulignant son importance pour dynamiser les secteurs de l'énergie et des ressources minérales.

Il a salué les efforts des cadres nationaux et des employés des sociétés de phosphate qui ont grandement contribué à cette réalisation, affirmant que la remise en service de l'usine s'inscrit dans le cadre du plan du ministère visant à développer les infrastructures et les installations vitales.

De son côté, l'ingénieur Fadi Harmoush, chef de la division des usines à la direction des mines de phosphate de l'Est, a déclaré au correspondant d'Al-Asima News que l'usine a commencé la production après l'achèvement des travaux de réhabilitation complète, avec une capacité atteignant 1,2 million de tonnes par an de phosphate lavé et séché.

Harmoush a souligné que l'usine est l'une des installations de production de phosphate les plus importantes de la région et du Moyen-Orient, notamment grâce à la réputation mondiale du phosphate syrien pour sa haute qualité, ce qui ouvre la voie à son exportation vers les marchés étrangers, en faisant un contributeur principal au retour de la Syrie en tant qu'acteur clé dans ce secteur.

Il a indiqué que le démarrage de la production selon les normes internationales reflète la capacité des compétences nationales à exploiter efficacement les ressources pour soutenir le développement économique, soulignant l'importance du projet en tant que pilier solide pour l'économie nationale.

Le secteur du phosphate est considéré comme l'un des piliers majeurs des richesses minérales en Syrie, et la réhabilitation de l'usine de l'Est s'inscrit dans la stratégie gouvernementale visant à relancer les installations de production endommagées et à renforcer les infrastructures de ce secteur vital.

El-Başir, tesis sahasında gazetecilere yaptığı açıklamada, bu tesisin rehabilitasyonunun Suriye'nin küresel fosfat pazarındaki varlığını güçlendirmek ve ulusal ekonomiyi desteklemek için önemli bir adım olduğunu belirtti ve bunun enerji ve mineral zenginlik sektörlerinin canlandırılmasında önemli olduğunu vurguladı.

El-Başir, bu başarıda büyük katkı sağlayan ulusal kadro ve fosfat şirketlerinde çalışanları övdü ve tesisin yeniden faaliyete geçmesinin bakanlığın altyapı ve hayati tesisleri geliştirme planı kapsamında olduğunu doğruladı.

Doğu Madenleri Fosfat Müdürlüğü Fabrikalar Şube Müdürü Mühendis Fadi Harmuş, Al-Asima News muhabirine yaptığı açıklamada, tesisin kapsamlı rehabilitasyon işlemlerinin tamamlanmasının ardından üretime başladığını ve yıllık 1,2 milyon ton yıkanmış ve kurutulmuş fosfat kapasitesine ulaştığını belirtti.

Harmuş, tesisin bölgedeki ve Orta Doğu'daki en önemli fosfat üretim tesislerinden biri olduğunu, özellikle Suriye fosfatının yüksek kalitesiyle uluslararası üne sahip olduğunu ve bu sayede dış pazarlara ihracat imkanı sağladığını, bunun da Suriye'nin bu sektörde önemli bir oyuncu olarak geri dönüşüne büyük katkı sağladığını ifade etti.

Üretimin uluslararası standartlara uygun olarak başlamasının, ulusal uzmanların kaynakları etkin şekilde kullanarak ekonomik kalkınmayı destekleme yeteneğini yansıttığını belirten Harmuş, projenin ulusal ekonomi için güçlü bir dayanak olduğunu vurguladı.

Fosfat sektörü, Suriye'nin mineral zenginliklerinin temel direklerinden biri olarak kabul edilmekte olup, Doğu Tesisinin rehabilitasyonu hükümetin zarar görmüş üretim tesislerini canlandırma ve bu hayati sektörün altyapısını güçlendirme stratejisinin bir parçasıdır.
