أكد الرئيس أحمد الشرع أن حماة قدمت للأمة درساً عظيماً في التضحية والفداء، مشيراً إلى وجود دين على عاتق السوريين تجاهها، ووجوب سد هذا الدين اليوم بكل حب وإخاء، معتبراً أن تحدي البناء يتطلب وحدة السوريين وتضافر الجهود.

وخلال كلمة له في فعاليات حملة “فداء لحماة”، قال الرئيس الشرع: لا يمكننا التخلف عن أهل حماة، لذا جئنا مسرعين للالتحاق بهذا الجمع، خاصة أن أهل حماة تحملوا الصبر طوال هذه السنوات الطويلة، موضحاً أن جرح حماة لم يكن يخص أهلها فقط بل كان يمثل كل السوريين والعالم العربي والإسلامي وكل أصحاب الضمائر الحية، واستمر هذا الجرح لأكثر من أربعين عاماً ثم تم التئامه.

وأضاف الرئيس الشرع: في مثل هذه الأيام من العام الماضي كنا نضع اللمسات الأخيرة لمعركة “ردع العدوان”، رغم الظروف المحلية التي حاولت إلغاء هذا القرار العظيم، لكننا استشعرنا همة الناس وما يستحقه السوريون بعد كل المعاناة فتوكلنا على الله، مؤكداً أن تحرير حماة كان نقطة فارقة في سير المعركة، وقال: “الأهم عندما قلنا نصر لا ثأر فيه، وهذا العنوان كان من نوادر التاريخ وحققناه بفضل الله”.

وأشار إلى أن حماة كانت مدرسة في التضحية والصبر والتحرير، وكذلك في التعالي على الجراح والنظر إلى المستقبل دون نسيان الماضي، مؤكداً: “يجب ألا نبني مستقبلنا على الماضي المؤلم بل على مصالح الشعوب ومصلحة السوريين أولاً”.

وقال الرئيس الشرع: “اليوم هو زمن البناء والإعمار، والأهم من المال الكبير الذي جمعناه هو وحدة السوريين وتضافر جهودهم لبناء الوطن”، مشدداً على أن سر نجاح المعركة كان الائتلاف بين الفاعلين في الثورة السورية، وأن تحدي البناء يتطلب وحدة الجميع لتحقيق الازدهار.

وتابع: “شعب يضم أهل حماة وحمص وإدلب ودير الزور والحسكة والرقة ودرعا وحلب واللاذقية وطرطوس والسويداء والقنيطرة، يستحق أن يبني بلداً مزدهراً وعظيماً ويُباهي العالم بسوريا القادمة بإذن الله”، مضيفاً: “التحديات كثيرة لكننا نقوى عليها برؤية هذه الوجوه الطيبة بسلام”.

وأشار إلى أن حماة أعطت درساً عظيماً للأمة في التضحية والفداء، وعليها اليوم أن تقدم درساً في البناء والتطور والتعايش، مضيفاً: “أنتم نموذج مهم للتعايش السلمي في سوريا، رغم المخاوف من الانقسامات، حماة تثبت للعالم قدرتها على التعايش مع نفسها ومع الآخرين، ونحن نستمد منها القوة”.

وأوضح أن ريف حماة الشمالي كان له دور بارز في الثورة السورية ودفع ثمناً باهظاً من خلال تدمير قرى ومدن وبنى تحتية، مؤكداً العزم على إعادة البناء، وقال: “كل من يساهم في إعادة إعمار هذه المناطق ويساعد الناس على العودة إلى منازلهم ومزارعهم له شرف عظيم”، مضيفاً: “هناك دين على السوريين تجاه حماة وواجبنا سدّه بكل حب وإخاء”.

President Ahmed Al-Shara affirmed that Hama has given a great lesson to the entire nation in sacrifice and devotion, noting that Syrians owe a debt to Hama that must be repaid today with love and brotherhood. He emphasized that the challenge of reconstruction requires the unity of Syrians and the pooling of all efforts.

In a speech during the “Sacrifice for Hama” campaign, President Al-Shara said: We cannot neglect the people of Hama, so we came quickly to join this gathering, especially since the people of Hama have endured patience throughout these long years. He pointed out that Hama’s wound was not only for its people but represented all Syrians, the Arab and Islamic worlds, and all conscientious individuals. This wound lasted for more than forty years before it was healed.

President Al-Shara added: Around this time last year, we were finalizing preparations for the major battle, the “Deterrence of Aggression” battle. Despite local circumstances that pushed towards canceling this great decision, we sensed the determination of the people and what Syrians deserve after all this hardship, so we relied on God Almighty. He confirmed that liberating Hama was a significant turning point in the course of the battle, saying: “More importantly, when we said ‘a victory without revenge,’ this title was one of the rarest in history and was achieved by your hands, thanks to God Almighty.”

He explained that Hama was a school of sacrifice, patience, and liberation, as well as a model for rising above wounds and looking forward without forgetting the past. He stressed: “We must not build our future on the painful past but rather on the interests of the peoples and primarily the Syrians.”

President Al-Shara said: “Today marks the era of construction and reconstruction, and more important than the great funds collected is to see the unity and cooperation among Syrians to build this country.” He emphasized that the secret of the battle’s success was the coalition among the actors in the Syrian revolution, noting that the challenge of reconstruction requires the unity of Syrians and the convergence of all efforts to place the goal of construction and prosperity before us.

He continued: “A people including those from Hama, Homs, Idlib, Deir ez-Zor, Hasakah, Raqqa, Daraa, Aleppo, Latakia, Tartus, As-Suwayda, and Quneitra deserve to build a prosperous and great country and to proudly present the coming Syria to the world, God willing.” He added: “Many challenges face Syria today, but we overcome them by seeing these good faces in peace.”

He pointed out that Hama gave a great lesson to the entire nation in sacrifice and devotion, and today it must also give a great lesson in construction, development, growth, and coexistence. He said: “You are also a very important model for peaceful coexistence in Syria. Despite fears of divisions and misunderstanding, Hama proves to the world its ability to coexist with itself and with others, and we draw strength from it.”

He clarified that northern rural Hama played a significant role in the blessed Syrian revolution and paid a heavy price, including the destruction of many villages, towns, and infrastructure. He affirmed the determination to rebuild them, saying: “Everyone who participates and contributes to rebuilding these destroyed towns and helps people return to their homes and farms has great honor.” He added: “There is a debt owed by Syrians to Hama, and today it is our duty to repay this debt with love and brotherhood.”

Cette blessure a duré plus de quarante ans avant d’être guérie.

Le président Al-Shara a ajouté : À la même époque l'année dernière, nous finalisions les préparatifs de la grande bataille, la bataille de la « Dissuasion de l'agression ». Malgré les circonstances locales qui poussaient à annuler cette grande décision, nous avons ressenti la détermination du peuple et ce que les Syriens méritent après toutes ces difficultés, alors nous avons placé notre confiance en Dieu Tout-Puissant. Il a confirmé que la libération de Hama a été un tournant important dans le déroulement de la bataille, déclarant : « Plus important encore, lorsque nous avons dit victoire sans vengeance, ce titre était l'un des plus rares de l'histoire et nous l'avons réalisé grâce à Dieu Tout-Puissant. »

Il a expliqué que Hama était une école de sacrifice, de patience et de libération, ainsi qu'un modèle pour surmonter les blessures et regarder vers l'avenir sans oublier le passé. Il a insisté : « Nous ne devons pas construire notre avenir sur un passé douloureux, mais sur les intérêts des peuples et principalement des Syriens. »
