أنهت اللجان التنظيمية في مدينة القصير وريفها بمحافظة حمص كافة الاستعدادات لإطلاق حملة “فجر القصير” مساء اليوم، التي تهدف إلى دعم مشاريع إعادة تأهيل قطاعات التعليم والصحة والزراعة، وفتح صفحة جديدة من البناء بعد سنوات من التهجير والدمار التي خلفها النظام السابق، والتي أثرت بشكل كبير على البنية التحتية والخدمات الأساسية.

وأوضح محمد رعد، مسؤول المكتب اللوجستي في الحملة، في تصريح لـ\"العاصمة نيوز\"، أن اختيار الصالة الاستهلاكية في الحي الشمالي، أحد أكثر الأحياء تضرراً من جرائم النظام السابق، جاء ليكون رمزاً لبداية مرحلة جديدة، مشيراً إلى أن التعاون الشعبي والتنظيم الدقيق ساهم في تجاوز مختلف التحديات والصعوبات.

وبيّن مرهف المرعي، أحد المشاركين من الأهالي في تنظيم الحملة، أن التحضيرات بدأت منذ أكثر من شهر لضمان تجهيز المكان وإنجاح جهود جمع التبرعات المخصصة لإعادة تأهيل البنية التحتية، بما يشمل تجهيز مستشفى كامل وشبكة مياه وصرف صحي، إضافة إلى بناء وإعادة تأهيل المدارس.

من جانبه، عبّر المتطوع محمد عيوش عن ثقته بدور الحملة في إعادة الحياة إلى القصير، مؤكداً أنها ستدعم الخدمات الأساسية وتعزز روح التفاؤل والإصرار لدى أبناء المنطقة الذين يتطلعون إلى مستقبل أفضل.

وتأتي حملة “فجر القصير” استجابة للحاجة الملحة لإعادة النهوض بالمدارس والمراكز الصحية ودعم المزارعين، بهدف تحويل القصير إلى نموذج حي لإرادة الحياة والانطلاق نحو مستقبل جديد قائم على التعاون والعمل المشترك.

The organizing committees in the city of Al-Qusayr and its countryside in Homs Governorate have completed all preparations to launch the “Fajr Al-Qusayr” campaign this evening. The campaign aims to support projects for rehabilitating the education, health, and agriculture sectors, and to open a new chapter of reconstruction after years of displacement and destruction caused by the former regime, which severely affected infrastructure and basic services.

Mohammad Raad, the logistics office official of the campaign, told Al-Asima News that the choice of the consumer hall in the northern neighborhood, one of the most affected areas by the former regime’s crimes, was intended to symbolize the start of a new phase. He noted that popular cooperation and precise organization helped overcome various challenges and difficulties.

Marhaf Al-Mar'i, a local participant in organizing the campaign, indicated that preparations began more than a month ago to ensure the venue was ready and to successfully raise donations dedicated to rehabilitating infrastructure, including equipping a complete hospital, water and sewage networks, as well as constructing and rehabilitating schools.

Volunteer Mohammad Ayoush expressed confidence in the campaign’s role in revitalizing Al-Qusayr, affirming that it will support essential services and boost the spirit of optimism and determination among the residents who look forward to a better future.

The “Fajr Al-Qusayr” campaign responds to the urgent need to revive schools, health centers, and support farmers, aiming to transform Al-Qusayr into a living model of the will to live and move towards a new future based on cooperation and joint work.
