    "content": "<p>ريف دمشق-العاصمة نيوز</p>\n\n<p>عثرت الفرق المختصة في الدفاع المدني السوري، بالتنسيق مع الهيئة الوطنية للمفقودين، اليوم على رفات بشرية داخل مجرى نهر جاف في منطقة عسكرية تعود للنظام السابق، وذلك في منطقة حوش الضواهرة في دوما بريف دمشق.</p>\n\n<p>وأوضح الدفاع المدني في منشور عبر قناته على التلغرام، أن الفريق المختص جمع الرفات التي تمثلت بهياكل عظمية تعود لعشرة أشخاص مجهولي الهوية وفق المعطيات الأولية، وتم العمل في الموقع وفق البروتوكولات الخاصة بتوثيق وجمع الرفات وانتشالها، تمهيداً لتسليمها للجهات المختصة لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.</p>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/3b199001214cc84e46078d9f5e3e0c1ac6cfaead.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>وأشار الدفاع المدني إلى أنه قبل بدء عمل الفريق المختص، قام فريق إزالة مخلفات الحرب في الدفاع المدني بمسح الموقع للتأكد من خلوه من الألغام أو الذخائر غير المنفجرة.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>وجدد الدفاع المدني دعوته للأهالي بعدم الاقتراب من مواقع الرفات أو المقابر الجماعية أو العبث بها، مع ضرورة إبلاغ مراكز الدفاع المدني أو الجهات المختصة عند العثور على رفات بشرية أو مقابر جماعية، وعدم العبث بها تحت أي ظرف، مشدداً على أن أي تدخل غير مختص يسبب ضرراً كبيراً لمسرح الجريمة ويؤدي إلى طمس الأدلة الجنائية التي تُعد أساسية في الكشف عن مصير المفقودين وتحديد هوياتهم.</p>\n\n<p>يُذكر أنه خلال الأشهر الماضية تم العثور على العديد من المقابر الجماعية التي ضمت مئات الرفات في مناطق عدة بسوريا، والتي نتجت عن أعمال النظام السابق وحلفائه.</p>",
