    "content": "<p>حمص-العاصمة نيوز</p>\n\n<p>نظمت مبادرة \"الوفاء\" اليوم وقفة تكريمية لأهالي حي دير بعلبة في مدينة حمص، دعمًا للعائدين من مخيمات النزوح والتهجير، ومواساة لهم في ظل الظروف القاسية التي مروا بها.</p>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/5553cff5f45175ff203b3d92f7a1aa510067c866.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>وتجمع المشاركون فوق ركام أحد المساجد المدمرة بحضور محافظ حمص عبد الرحمن الأعمى، وشخصيات رسمية وشعبية، ووجهاء المناطق المجاورة، إلى جانب حشد كبير من المواطنين.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>أكد محافظ حمص أن حي دير بعلبة المدمر يشكل شاهدًا حيًا على جرائم النظام السابق، مشيرًا إلى أن العمل مستمر لإعادة تأهيل البنية التحتية وإطلاق مشاريع إعادة الإعمار بمشاركة أهالي المنطقة، مع الإشارة إلى عودة نحو 300 ألف مواطن إلى المدينة خلال الفترة الماضية.</p>\n\n<p>وأضاف المحافظ أن توقيع عقد إنجاز مشروع البنية التحتية كاملاً في حي دير بعلبة سيتم قريبًا، بقيمة تقارب 4.5 ملايين دولار.</p>\n\n<p>من جهته، أوضح منسق المبادرة أيمن المصري أنه تم تخصيص زيارات لعوائل الشهداء ضمن الحي كل يوم جمعة، تكريمًا لتضحياتهم، مشددًا على أهمية الإسراع في تأهيل البنية التحتية للحي.</p>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/b498f12f27647d1bb2b1cff0ce1880ef4af62d91.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>وتحدث الناشط سيف الخالدي عن معاناة سكان الحي الذين عادوا ليجدوا منازلهم مدمرة جراء قصف النظام السابق، داعيًا إلى ضرورة دعم الأهالي وتوفير الظروف الملائمة لعودتهم واستقرارهم.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>وعبرت عائشة النجار، زوجة أحد الشهداء من أهالي الحي، عن فرحتها بعودتها إلى حيها ومنزلها رغم ظروف التهجير القسري التي استمرت 12 عامًا.</p>\n\n<p>وانطلقت مبادرة الوفاء في حمص في 12 من أيلول الماضي بهدف زيارة عائلات الشهداء وتكريمهم وتوثيق قصصهم ونقلها للأجيال القادمة، ثم توسعت لتشمل أنشطة مجتمعية أخرى مثل دعم ومساندة الأسر العائدة من النزوح والتهجير.</p>\n\n<figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/b4e80817a10af0d6ad9a2d2480cecd76c9c5b3f2.jpg\"></figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/87c1ba79e71bc97559e33e0ce1c8086c55d5986b.jpg\"></figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/3898f4a7a22eeb71f9cf8c8365c63d0028a7795f.jpg\"></figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/c6673cb78438dd2a61ccc0e7549709f14ae555ca.jpg\"></figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/b39a430198089c265dba740ce09c9afea0e45507.jpg\"></figure>\n</figure>",
