نظّمت جمعية منتجي البطاطا في شمال سوريا، اليوم وبالتعاون مع مديرية الزراعة، يوماً حقلياً حول إكثار بذار البطاطا داخل البيوت الشبكية، بمشاركة ممثلين عن وزارة الزراعة ومؤسساتها، إلى جانب عدد من النقابات والجمعيات والمنظمات العاملة في مجال التنمية الزراعية، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من المزارعين ومشرفي المشروع، وذلك في مدينة بنّش بريف إدلب.

وأوضح مدير الجمعية المهندس عمر كبة أن الهدف من اليوم الحقلي هو تسليط الضوء على تجربة الجمعية ونتائج مشروع إنتاج بذار البطاطا محلياً، فضلاً عن التحديات التي واجهت مراحل التنفيذ، ومشاركتها مع الفنيين الزراعيين، في إطار السعي نحو تطوير الزراعة والمساهمة في الاستغناء عن الاستيراد وتوفير البذار بأسعار تشجيعية للمزارعين.

وأشار إلى أن زراعة البيوت الشبكية تمت بصنف الجيرا – سوبر إيليت، وحققت التجربة إنتاجاً مميزاً بلغ 108 أطنان من مساحة 17.6 دونماً، ما يعكس نجاح المشروع وأثره الإيجابي في تعزيز الإنتاج الزراعي المحلي. وأضاف أن المشروع ممول من الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ) ومؤسسة مسرات، وقد صنف كأحد أبرز المشاريع التنموية في المنطقة.

من جانبه، أكد رئيس دائرة دعم الإنتاج الزراعي في مديرية زراعة إدلب، مأمون الشما، أن المديرية عززت دورها في تبني النهج التشاركي لإنتاج تقاوي البطاطا، من خلال التعاون بين مديرية الزراعة، والهيئة العامة للبحوث العلمية الزراعية، وجمعية إنتاج بذار البطاطا.

وتضم الجمعية 22 مزارعاً خبيراً في إنتاج تقاوي البطاطا، إضافة إلى 100 مزارع موسمي متعاقد معها لإنتاج التقاوي ضمن الحقول المفتوحة. وتم تجهيز 44 بيتاً شبكياً بتمويل تشاركي، حيث ساهم أعضاء الجمعية بتغطية تكلفة 14 بيتاً، فيما تكفلت مؤسسة مسرات بتمويل 30 بيتاً وفق المعنيين في الجمعية.

The Potato Producers Association in northern Syria organized today, in cooperation with the Agriculture Directorate, a field day focused on multiplying potato seeds inside net houses. The event included representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture and its institutions, several unions, associations, and organizations working in agricultural development, along with a group of farmers and project supervisors, held in the city of Binnish in Idlib countryside.

Engineer Omar Kubba, the association's director, explained that the field day aims to highlight the association's experience and the results of the local potato seed production project, the challenges faced during implementation, and sharing these with agricultural technicians as part of efforts to develop agriculture, reduce import dependence, and provide seeds at encouraging prices for farmers.

He noted that the net houses were planted with the Jira – Super Elite variety, achieving an impressive production of 108 tons from an area of 17.6 dunums, reflecting the project's success and its positive impact on enhancing local agricultural production. He added that the project is funded by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the Masarat Foundation and is considered one of the region's most prominent development projects.

Meanwhile, Mamoun Al-Shamma, head of the Agricultural Production Support Department at the Idlib Agriculture Directorate, stated that the directorate has reinforced its role in adopting a participatory approach to potato seed production through cooperation between the Agriculture Directorate, the General Authority for Scientific Agricultural Research, and the Potato Seed Production Association.

The association includes 22 expert farmers in seed potato production, in addition to 100 seasonal farmers contracted to produce seeds in open fields. Forty-four net houses were equipped with joint funding, where association members covered the costs of 14 houses, while the Masarat Foundation financed 30 houses according to association officials.

L'Association des producteurs de pomme de terre du nord de la Syrie a organisé aujourd'hui, en coopération avec la Direction de l'agriculture, une journée sur le terrain consacrée à la multiplication des semences de pomme de terre dans des serres filetées. L'événement a réuni des représentants du ministère de l'Agriculture et de ses institutions, plusieurs syndicats, associations et organisations œuvrant dans le développement agricole, ainsi qu'un groupe d'agriculteurs et de superviseurs de projet, dans la ville de Binnish en campagne d'Idlib.

L'ingénieur Omar Kubba, directeur de l'association, a expliqué que cette journée sur le terrain vise à mettre en lumière l'expérience de l'association et les résultats du projet local de production de semences de pomme de terre, les défis rencontrés lors de la mise en œuvre, et à partager ces résultats avec les techniciens agricoles dans le cadre des efforts visant à développer l'agriculture, réduire la dépendance aux importations et fournir des semences à des prix incitatifs pour les agriculteurs.

Il a indiqué que les serres filetées ont été plantées avec la variété Jira – Super Elite, et que l'expérience a permis une production remarquable de 108 tonnes sur une superficie de 17,6 dounams, reflétant le succès du projet et son impact positif sur le renforcement de la production agricole locale. Il a ajouté que le projet est financé par l'Agence allemande de coopération internationale (GIZ) et la Fondation Masarat, et qu'il est considéré comme l'un des projets de développement les plus importants de la région.

De son côté, Mamoun Al-Shamma, chef du département de soutien à la production agricole à la Direction de l'agriculture d'Idlib, a déclaré que la direction a renforcé son rôle en adoptant une approche participative pour la production de semences de pomme de terre, grâce à la coopération entre la Direction de l'agriculture, l'Autorité générale de la recherche scientifique agricole et l'Association de production de semences de pomme de terre.

L'association compte 22 agriculteurs experts dans la production de semences de pomme de terre, en plus de 100 agriculteurs saisonniers sous contrat pour produire des semences en champs ouverts. Quarante-quatre serres filetées ont été équipées grâce à un financement conjoint, les membres de l'association ayant couvert le coût de 14 serres, tandis que la Fondation Masarat a financé 30 serres selon les responsables de l'association.

Kuzey Suriye Patates Üreticileri Derneği, bugün Tarım Müdürlüğü iş birliğiyle, patates tohumlarının ağ evlerde çoğaltılması üzerine bir saha günü düzenledi. Etkinlikte Tarım Bakanlığı ve bağlı kurumlarından temsilciler, tarımsal kalkınma alanında faaliyet gösteren sendikalar, dernekler ve organizasyonların yanı sıra bir grup çiftçi ve proje denetmeni yer aldı. Etkinlik, İdlib kırsalındaki Binnish şehrinde gerçekleştirildi.

Dernek müdürü Mühendis Ömer Kubba, saha gününün amacının derneğin deneyimini ve yerel patates tohumu üretim projesinin sonuçlarını, uygulama aşamalarında karşılaşılan zorlukları ve bunların tarım teknisyenleriyle paylaşımını vurgulamak olduğunu belirtti. Bu, tarımın geliştirilmesi, ithalata bağımlılığın azaltılması ve çiftçilere teşvik edici fiyatlarla tohum sağlanması çabalarının bir parçası olarak değerlendiriliyor.

İdlib Tarım Müdürlüğü Tarımsal Üretim Destek Dairesi Başkanı Mamun Şamma ise, müdürlüğün patates tohum üretiminde katılımcı yaklaşımı benimseyerek Tarım Müdürlüğü, Bilimsel Tarımsal Araştırmalar Genel Kurumu ve Patates Tohumu Üretim Derneği arasında iş birliğini güçlendirdiğini belirtti.

Dernek, patates tohumu üretiminde uzman 22 çiftçi ile açık alanlarda tohum üretimi için sözleşmeli 100 mevsimlik çiftçiden oluşmaktadır. Ortak finansmanla 44 ağ evi donatıldı; dernek üyeleri 14 ağ evinin maliyetini karşılarken, Masarat Vakfı 30 ağ evini finanse etti.
