    "content": "<p>درعا-العاصمة نيوز</p>\n\n<p>طالب أهالي مخيم درعا للنازحين من الجولان السوري المحتل بتحسين واقع الخدمات الصحية والتعليمية والبنية التحتية في المخيم، في ظل معاناة متزايدة بسبب تراجع المرافق وغياب الخدمات الأساسية، مشيرين إلى نقص التجهيزات والأدوية في المركز الصحي، واضطرار التلاميذ لمتابعة تعليمهم داخل كرفانات غير ملائمة، مؤكدين الحاجة إلى حلول عاجلة توفر حياة كريمة للسكان.</p>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/7340c39999157664790426ede41615ee38e0b1ce.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>المهندس أحمد خنيفس من المجتمع المحلي في المخيم أوضح في تصريح لمراسلة العاصمة نيوز أن السكان يفتقرون إلى مصادر مياه مستقرة، حيث يمتلك المخيم خزاناً رئيسياً غير مستغل منذ سنوات، في حين أن الشوارع الداخلية بحاجة ماسة إلى إعادة تأهيل بسبب الحفر والتشققات التي تعيق حركة السيارات والمارة.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>وأشار خنيفس إلى أن المستوصف الصحي الوحيد عبارة عن مبنى قديم من غرفتين غير مجهز بأبسط المستلزمات الطبية، ما يحرم الأهالي من الخدمات الصحية المباشرة ويدفعهم للتوجه إلى مدينة درعا لتلقي العلاج.</p>\n\n<p>بدوره، لفت المدير الإداري للمركز الصحي في المخيم علاء كليب إلى أن المركز يخدم نحو 1500 نسمة بشكل مباشر، إضافة إلى أكثر من 12 ألف نسمة من الأسر الوافدة من لبنان والأردن، لكنه يعاني من ضعف كبير في الإمكانيات، حيث يفتقر إلى أجهزة الإيكو والتصوير الشعاعي والمخبر المتكامل، كما أن حصة الأدوية لا تتناسب مع حجم الحالات المرضية، ما يجعل تطوير المركز وتأهيله ضرورة قصوى.</p>\n\n<p>وفي الجانب التعليمي، أوضحت مديرة مدرسة صلاح الدين الأيوبي خلود محمد أحمد أن المدرسة الوحيدة في المخيم لا تتجاوز الصف السادس، وأن مبناها المؤلف من كرفانات معدنية غير مناسب لاستيعاب الأعداد الكبيرة من التلاميذ، خاصة مع الاضطرار إلى اعتماد دوامين في بعض الفصول، مشيرة إلى أن غياب الكهرباء وتسرب المياه في الشتاء يمنعان توفير بيئة تعليمية ملائمة، مطالبة بإنشاء مدرسة جديدة مجهزة مخصصة لأبناء الجولان النازحين.</p>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/8af3abd474afc03aa7eac6e57d1aa329cfc7bc9c.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>من جانبه، أوضح رئيس بلدية الزاوية في المخيم شأس عفاش أن مجلس البلدية يتابع يومياً الشكاوى الواردة من الأهالي ويعمل على تسيير آليات النظافة ستة أيام في الأسبوع، إلا أن الموارد المتاحة لا تكفي لتغطية كل الاحتياجات، خاصة أن المخيم ظل لأكثر من ثلاثة عشر عاماً على خط التماس ما أدى إلى دمار واسع في شبكاته الخدمية من مياه وصرف صحي وكهرباء، مشيراً إلى وجود خطة لتحسين الواقع الخدمي ضمن الإمكانيات المتاحة وداعياً الأهالي إلى التعاون والصبر حتى تنفيذ مشاريع أوسع.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>وبالتوازي مع الجهود الرسمية، يعلق الأهالي آمالهم على مبادرات المجتمع المحلي والمنظمات الأهلية، ولا سيما حملة “أبشري حوران” التي تعمل على إعداد برامج لإصلاح جزء من الوضع الخدمي عبر دعم بعض المرافق الأساسية وتوفير مساعدات في مجالي التعليم والصحة، حيث يرى السكان أن هذه المبادرات تشكل بارقة أمل تسهم في تحسين الخدمات حتى تستكمل الجهود الحكومية لإعادة تأهيل المخيم بشكل كامل.</p>\n"
